Do you know our national forest has been reduced to 2.5% from a 40% high merely 50 years ago? Are you concerned about the loss of our fertile land due to deforestation? Are you concerned about the degradation of our environment? Do you agree that, by attempting to save a piece of our planet from environmental degradation we may be able to save our most fragile planet earth for humanity? If your answer is yes to all of the above, please contact ETFF and tell us about your self and your areas of expertise in the field of forestry or other environmental issues and how you plan to make volunteer contribution.   Our volunteers program is open to everyone, but most importantly we encourage all Ethiopians in Diaspora and at home, Ethiopian-Americans and all people of goodwill to participate in our volunteers program. Some of our volunteer programs may include on site (inside Ethiopia) assignments.   Your volunteerism may be in the form of specialized skills, performing research in environmental issues, consultation, labor and contributions of materials and forestry tools.
